This small hotel is conveniently located near the city's main attractions and transport links, making it a great base for exploring. Rooms are fresh and clean with excellent showers. the breakfast is generous and served in an atmospheric cellar. the hotel staff are helpful and friendly, and guests can purchase wine directly from the hotel.
The hotel's parking situation isn't ideal, with the only available spaces located near the front of the hotel. Some guests have reported attempted break-ins and damage to their vehicles, so caution is advised.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. its location couldn't have been more convenient - just a short walk from the train station and close to the central park and main piazza. Secondly, the hotel itself had a charming and trendy vibe, with a lovely courtyard and a cellar eating space that had a real Italian feel. The rooms were clean and fresh, with excellent showers. Finally, the staff were exceptional, particularly Niccolo who provided great service during our breakfast. Oh, and the coffee was fantastic too!
All in all, our stay at this hotel was top-notch and I couldn't fault a thing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in a fantastic location. The hotel is just a short walk from the city center and its pedestrian area, making it incredibly convenient for exploring all the sights and attractions. The staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful - friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any queries or requests. The rooms were well appointed and clean, with attention to detail that was truly impressive. I particularly appreciated the ground floor rooms, as it made accessing and parking my vehicle hassle-free. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast served in a lovely cellar with a vaulted ceiling - a truly atmospheric start to my mornings.
No areas for improvement.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel had a good location and had excellent pillows with spacious rooms. the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast was served early in the morning in a beautiful spot, which was enjoyable. they offered a good discount, which was an excellent deal.
The shower was a disappointment. the hot water wasn't working properly, which was frustrating considering the cold weather.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which was perfectly located right in the city centre, just a short walk across the car park from the main streets. We were pleased to find it was close to the park with the turtles as well as the train station. The staff were particularly charming and helpful throughout our stay. We appreciated being able to park our bikes in the hotel courtyard, and the delicious breakfast served each morning in the cellar was a real treat.
Could not be improved in any way.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. the value for money was exceptional - we couldn't believe how affordable our stay was. Secondly, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. From the well-kept rooms on the ground floor to the beautifully presented breakfast, every aspect was carefully thought out. Additionally, the location under the street provided a unique and charming atmosphere. Lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to cater to our needs.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The hotel had friendly staff and a great location close to the city center. The breakfast included delicious food and was served in a cozy atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, and the pillows were comfortable.
The shower cabins were a bit small and did not have proper ventilation, leading to some mold growth. parking was not available on-site, making it difficult to find a spot on the busy streets nearby.
